Desalkylflurazepam, also known as N-desalkyl-2-oxoquazepam, is a long-acting metabolite of the benzodiazepine drug flurazepam. Flurazepam is sold unde the trade names Dalmane and Dalmadorm for the treatment of mild to moderate insomnia.
